MY SISTER'S CLOSET PRESENTS

Becoming, Not Performing:
A Mentor Program

Helping the next generation align professional ambition with spiritual identity. We are looking for dedicated male and female professionals to guide them.

Overview & Mission

The Heart of the Program

My Sister’s Closet DMV was built on legacy, sisterhood, and service—supporting women through life transitions with both practical resources and emotional care.

The Becoming, Not Performing program expands this mission into a guided experience. We are creating a meaningful, spiritually grounded space where college-aged women can learn to navigate their careers without losing their foundational identity. To achieve this, we need the wisdom, career insights, and leadership of established professionals like you.
